The results of your ultrasound radiologist equal to a normal examination. Macroscopically the gallbladder appeared normal = no tumors, polyps, etc. in the gallbladder seen no evidence of cholelithiasis = Seen without gallstones. Cholelithiasis is a luxury medical term for gallstones = no thickening of the wall thickness of gallbladder wall is normal. If thick it could be a sign of the gallbladder may be ill. Gallstones or hepatitis can cause this problem. Measurement of the ducts = The bile duct should measure small, and 3 mm is low. If the tube is dilated or enlarged, it could be a sign of disease. More than 7 mm is considered abnormal. Murphy's sign = A positive Murphy sonographer is when you press the gallbladder area, and the patient complains of pain. A positive Murphy's sign is an indication that has inflammation of the gallbladder. Apparently you do not experience pain during the test, according to the sonographer .....
